Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery confirmation and are NOT guaranteed for approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and in the original packaging that it came in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us to process the return. If you return your item without contacting us first, it may not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If a refund is approved, I will refund the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are going to be receiving a refund, the original shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom tumblers or apparel with names, logos, or specific images are not eligible for return unless the fault lies with WLR Creations, such as an incorrect logo or misspelled name.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 5 days of the order confirmation date. Requests to cancel after this 5-day period are at the discretion of WLR Creations.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages or issues must be addressed within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
